Return Policy

7 DAYS FREE RETURN ON MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, DAMAGE IN TRANSIT & WRONG/DIFFERENT ITEM DELIVERED

Once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned. It includes the condition of the box in even unopened condition. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please connect with our Customer Service team at sales@wintrackbikes.com within 24 hours from the time of delivery. 

Any request for the return of the product shall be at the sole discretion of Wintrackbikes Bikes In case of a return being approved by Wintrack Bikes all items must be returned in their original condition along with the following: 

We will also not be able to accept the return if product,

  • Original invoice from Wintrack Bikes
  • User manual and other documents
  • Accessories provided at the time of sale of the bicycle
  • The original box, intact, along with the packaging as delivered.
  • We may contact you to as certain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

 

If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 8 Hours of receiving the order.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 8 Hours of placing the order Or the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes :

Go to your My account > Click on ‘Orders’ > Go to the order you want to cancel and select ‘Order Details’ > Click on ‘Cancel Item’ > Select the item(s) in your order that you would like to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation and ‘Confirm’ > Once submitted, your item(s) will be canceled and your refund will be processed.
